Being present to provide support: Acting in favor of those who need it most

Providing volunteer services or supporting those in need helps build a more just world and reflects a spirit of solidarity toward others. Let’s act together to ensure that no one is left behind.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious

In Edmonton (Canada), we stand alongside newcomers to help them feel at home, surrounded by warmth and care, notably through food donations and support to food banks. At the same time, we provide volunteer services to organizations across Canada, offering quality assistance to those in need and supporting the smooth running of their various activities.

In addition, ACTION PLUS has been authorized by the Canada Revenue Agency to organize tax filing activities under the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.

More broadly, bringing smiles to those in need remains at the heart of our mission. In a world often marked by hardship and injustice, we believe in the power of a smile to brighten faces and warm hearts. Our commitment is reflected in concrete and diverse actions, supporting those who need help and comfort the most.

ACTION PLUS is a registered non-profit charitable organization that provides support to the community at large.

Currently based and most active in Edmonton, Action Plus is dedicated to providing volunteer services to various organizations hosting activities across Canada, enabling them to feel supported, assisted, and effectively empowered.

Action Plus was born from the vision of its founder, Mrs. Maguy Dorcas Nzumba Mutombo, to contribute to a world where vulnerable individuals and those in need receive the support and care they deserve.

Today, firmly established in Canada, Action Plus positions itself as a reliable organization that enables various institutions to benefit from high-quality support through our volunteer services. Our commitment to helping—particularly through donations to food banks and support for newcomers in Edmonton—remains unwavering.
