Action Plus is a registered non-profit charitable organization that supports individuals and organizations in need, through both volunteer and non-volunteer services.
Our commitment is unwavering. We believe that every individual, regardless of their situation, has the potential to contribute to society. Through our actions, we strive to build a more just and more supportive world.
We are Action Plus
Action Plus was born from the childhood dream of its President—to provide support to vulnerable individuals.
This dream became a reality in response to a harsh reality: the difficult situations faced by women after the loss of their husbands and by children after losing their parents.
Deeply moved by the distress of these vulnerable individuals, the President decided to establish a non-profit organization to support them. Over time, the organization’s objectives have evolved, expanding internationally, with its first step being in the city of Edmonton, Canada.
Mission and Vision
Action Plus is committed to actively contributing to the development of Canadian society through a range of services, including volunteer work, the integration of newcomers, and many other initiatives.
Its vision is clear: to identify individuals and organizations in need of support and provide them with appropriate assistance.
Our Strategic Objectives
Action Plus is committed to addressing the needs identified within its areas of intervention, through the following key priorities:
- Providing a dignified welcome to newcomers in Canada
- Offering volunteer services to organizations operating in Canada
- Supporting individuals with disabilities in their integration into society
- Assisting women and youth in their social integration
- Strengthening autonomy and empowerment
- Supporting seniors (older adults) in their daily lives
